The challenge:

Our client Distribution Pro-Expert, a company specializing in sanitary products and maintenance equipment, is preparing to open a new store in Longueuil (650 Rue Jean-Neveu, J4G 1P1).

They then needed to fit out their 100 sq. ft. warehouse and their 2000 sq. ft. commercial space. And do this in an optimal way, with high-performance, ergonomic systems and in their brand colors: blue and green.

The solution:

Our project manager Sylvie proposed the following solution, delivered and installed by Pedlex installation experts:

For the heavy storage, our Nuvorack pallet racks with a capacity of 5,200 lb per level, in the warehouse and also in the store: 8 pallet racks 192″ high, including Rack armor upright protectors
To secure the goods and protect employees against falling equipment, we provided wire mesh rack guards
For the in-store storage of products that will serve as the main showcase, we had our partner Rousseau metal make 39 modular shelves 63″ high, with perforated panels on their sides

25 72″ high perforated wall panels with shelves and hooks were installed in the client’s brand colors to optimize floor space and provide more storage area
In addition to the ergonomic warehouse workstations, the client required a U-shaped checkout counter, which was designed with sturdy cabinets with stainless steel tops, heavy-duty R drawers and pull-out shelves.

The project was manufactured and delivered quickly thanks to our agreements with Quebec suppliers and also to our large inventory. We keep a large inventory of products: pallet racking, shelving and more, which allows us to respond to your needs quickly.
